Day 25 of #juneathon and a 12 hour shift

today was a 12 hour shift with little time to get any significant exercise planned into the day.  Got home about 8.45pm and got straight into some ab crunchies and sit up thingys (my description).  Did 100 before settling down to a large plate of steaming hot chilli, with lovely yoghurt to cool my mouth down for afters.
