Flaming Juneathon Day 4 …

Beautiful day but cooped up at work so took an early decision to power walk this evening to restock my oxygen levels and blow the cobwebs away.  Lovely walk even though it’s along the main road.

Up and Down!

Garmin shows the elevation which is a good indication of how hilly it is where I live.  The first mile was a long slog but then I got my second wind.  Killer on the eye coming back (who know eyeballs sweat!) as I was walking into the sun.  Tried to keep a steady pace without killing myself.  Despite the traffic (lorries, vans, cars, motorbikes, logging lorries and so on) it’s a great walk with stunning scenery and lots of sheep and cows to talk to.
