On the Ninth day of Christmas ……. how well do you know the number nine? Here are Nine nuggets of information about the number nine.

1.  On the Ninth day of Christmas my true love sent to me … nine ladies dancing ….. which refers to the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness, and self-control)

2.  A 9 in your address enhances study and all students will do well living here.  A 9 house is prone to have electrical problems and burnt toast is a common occurrence.

3.  The 9 in Numerology denotes the completion of things and a time to clear your mind and space. Let go of those unneeded items, clutter and old clothes so that you can make room for the new and useful to enter your life. Just let them go. Give them away.  Remember, one person’s trash is another’s treasure.

4.  The number 9 was considered as sacred in Egypt and Greece.

5.  The number 9 is used 50 times in the Bible.

6.  It is the number of man, as a numeral symbol of his gestation (nine months).

7.  John Lennon was obsessed with the number 9.

8.  Mathematically, the number 9 is a prime number, a square number, a centred Octagonal number, a centred Cube number, a Motzkin number, a Cullen number, and can be partitioned in 30 ways.

9. and finally, for this blog post, the spiritual meaning of the number nine “Nine represents attainment, satisfaction, accomplishment, and our success to achieve an influence in our circumstances. The spiritual meaning of number Nine deals with intellectual power, inventiveness, influence over situations and things. Nine beseeches us to recognize our own internal attributes, and extend these abilities out into the world to make a positive, influential difference.”
